Black Sheep Provisions & Bar (Garwood): This fine-casual gem boasts a laid-back yet elegant atmosphere, with a menu featuring mouthwatering dishes like mussels in citrusy cream sauce and expertly seared strip steak.
Kinjo (Newark): Sadly, Kinjo closed its doors in September, but while it was open, chef Jamie Knott wowed diners with his innovative take on Japanese cuisine. Their Korean fried chicken wings and smashburger bao buns were the stuff of social media legend!
Madame (Jersey City): This cozy French bistro serves up late-night deliciousness with a hipster vibe. Think short-rib gnocchi, a famed Madame burger, and decadent deviled eggs and caviar.
Saddle River Inn (Saddle River): Housed in a rustic barn dating back to 1791, this upscale establishment offers a contemporary French dining experience with Asian-inspired twists.
